The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with 10+ years of experience in overseeing renewable energy projects (> 100 MW) on-site activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing budget, schedule, quality, risk, contract, and stakeholder management, supervising construction, procurement activities, and negotiating with EPC contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site-based activities, liaising with engineers and subcontractors.
  • Manage project budget, monitor and approve expenditures.
  • Ensure project completion with quality, permit compliance, and safety standards.
  • Manage communication channels throughout the project.
  • Oversee procurement activities.
  • Manage project risk and attend NCRs.

Essential Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
