Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced CFO to lead our financial management and provide oversight across the Group.

About the Role

This pivotal role will partner with the Managing Director and Boards to ensure accurate and timely reporting, robust financial control, and effective capital allocation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead statutory and management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
  • Drive high standards of financial control, governance, and risk management.
  • Manage cash flow, debt facilities, and banking relationships.
  • Provide accurate and insightful financial analysis to support decision-making.
  • Oversee investment evaluations, acquisitions, and integration processes.
  • Lead and mentor finance teams across portfolio businesses.

About You

We are looking for an experienced finance executive with a proven track record in a private investment or diversified group environment.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years' senior finance experience, including as CFO or equivalent.
  • Strong technical expertise in financial management, governance, and capital management.
  • Ability to distill complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
