We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who is as commercially astute as they are purpose-driven. This is a key appointment in BHC's Executive Leadership Team and represents an outstanding opportunity for an executive who wants to align financial leadership with social impact.

Reporting directly to the CEO and partnering closely with the Board, the CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's strategic direction and ensuring its long-term financial sustainability. You will lead capital strategy development, oversee financial operations and governance, and provide insightful commercial leadership across BHC's growing portfolio.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of property investment and complex deal structuring, ideally gained in property development, community housing, or a related sector. Equally important is your ability to blend commercial rigour with social purpose, navigating both boardroom strategy and community outcomes with ease.

As a contemporary leader, you will possess strong systems thinking, adept at story telling through numbers, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally. Experience influencing policy, advocating for impact, and maintaining strong industry networks will be highly regarded.
