Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance/Handyperson to perform various tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently and possess basic skills using Apps on a tablet or phone.

Responsibilities:
  • General handyman maintenance items
  • Carpentry
  • Tiling and grouting
  • Fencing
  • Painting
  • Paving repairs
  • Silicon sealing
  • Plaster board repairing
  • Minor plumbing
  • Guttering and storm water management

The role will involve working 2-3 days per week for the initial period, with potential for increase in hours. A current driver's license and ABN (or willingness to obtain) are essential requirements. Experience in residential building maintenance, repairs and renovations is also desirable.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
