Windermere, a leading community service organisation in Victoria, seeks a skilled Child Speech Language Therapist to join its team of professionals dedicated to improving the lives of children and families.

The successful applicant will have expertise in assessing and developing communication skills in children from 0-12 years, with a range of clinical and developmental needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering evidence-informed intervention strategies, standardised assessments, and parent training to increase communication and active participation in social and educational settings;
  • Liaising and collaborating with a transdisciplinary team to design and deliver comprehensive support plans;
  • Providing key worker support and advice to families and children in relation to speaking, listening, understanding language, fluency, and social skills;

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who can work independently to meet set targets, as well as form part of a collaborative, family-focused, and holistic transdisciplinary team. A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia are essential requirements. Additionally, you will have specialist knowledge and relevant demonstrated experience within a paediatric practice.
