Role Overview

Our 40m+ yacht is seeking a skilled Deckhand to join its crew in Sydney and the surrounding South Pacific region. This exciting opportunity will provide an ideal candidate with the chance to develop their skills and expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the vessel, adhering to exceptional safety and customer satisfaction standards;
  • Maintain excellent communication skills, fostering a positive team atmosphere;
  • Contribute to the upkeep and maintenance of the yacht's deck, equipment, and other areas as required;

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working on large vessels, preferably in a similar role;
  • Excellent physical fitness level, with the ability to work in a demanding marine environment;
  • Critical thinking skills, enabling effective problem-solving and decision-making;
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring meticulous adherence to safety protocols and procedures;
  • Ability to work independently, think creatively, and demonstrate initiative;
