E-Commerce Expert

As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving online sales and maximising conversion rates. Your primary responsibility will be to execute online merchandising strategies across all brands within the company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Excel, retail industry trends, and relevant KPIs. They should possess high-level accuracy and attention to detail, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Develop and manage merchandising standards that drive conversion and improve the customer shopping experience
  • Identify potential opportunities in product assortment based on knowledge of merchandise, sales, and customer behaviour
  • Drive sales, conversion, and revenue by effectively merchandising products, helping customers navigate to the right products quickly and easily

Key responsibilities include managing product catalogues, coordinating online promotions, and analysing sales performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product content and drive online sales.
