Job Description

This role exists for an experienced digital marketing professional who enjoys executing strategies that drive positive commercial outcomes. You will be joining our growing team and based in Marleston, Adelaide.

You will be responsible for developing and driving digital marketing activity across the customer journey with a focus on driving engagement, leads, customer acquisition and revenue, primarily for the Evo brand, but with scope across other brands in our portfolio.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the implementation of marketing strategies to deliver new and returning customer revenue
  • Manage and oversee agency relationships and drive activity to deliver strong ROI
  • Collaborate with brand teams to develop campaigns and digital content to drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Support the development and implementation of a fully integrated digital content strategy to drive organic traffic and increased on-site engagement
  • Lead customer acquisition strategies and, develop B2B lead generation pipeline and strategy to collaborate with distributors and salons to accelerate B2B growth
Key Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 4-6 years' experience driving growth and revenue through digital marketing roles

- B2B and/or trade marketing experience

- Proven proficiency in managing campaign delivery and agency relationships

- High level of exposure, interest and understanding across current and emerging digital marketing trends and best practice

- Broad spectrum of B2B and B2C digital marketing channel experience

- A collaborator by nature with excellent interpersonal skills, including a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and work productively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders

- Well-developed organization and project coordination skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise work and follow through on set tasks

- Comfortable with numbers, data and well-developed multi-channel campaign analysis skills

- Curious, innovative and always looking for ways to generate stronger results

- Background in beauty, consumer goods and/or FMCG is beneficial

Qualifications

- Bachelor of Management or Bachelor of Commerce/Marketing
