
Disability Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate professional to join our Accommodation Services team.
This role involves assisting clients with high support needs, including those using wheelchairs and requiring medical support, helping them live with dignity and independence.
- Provide personal care and daily living support
- Assist with manual handling and use of aids
- Support clients with complex needs and medical requirements
- Foster independence and inclusion in shared living environments
- Build positive relationships with clients and families
- Manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
- Deliver high-quality support services to clients with high support needs
- Contribute to creating a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience supporting clients with high support needs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Current Driver's Licence, Working With Children Check, NSW NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check
