About Our Data Entry Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented data entry specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will work quickly and accurately to provide high-quality data-entry services to our business by performing a large volume of data processing work.

This includes keying medical certificates, processing payments and reviewing stakeholder accounts and processing reimbursements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Accurate and timely processing of payments and reimbursements
  • Data entry related activities requiring high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Utilising multiple systems simultaneously
  • Management of incoming and outgoing medical documentation
  • Resolution of general phone enquiries

About You:

  • High level of organisational skills
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to take direction and follow instructions as part of a team
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm with a 95% accuracy rate
  • Previous experience in insurance would be advantageous
