Job Title: Claims Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Claims Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. As a Claims Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our business by providing accurate and timely data entry services.

The purpose of this role is to provide data entry support to our organization. You will be responsible for keying medical certificates, processing payments, reviewing stakeholder accounts, and processing reimbursements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide the highest standard of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders in line with our values

- Accurate and timely processing of payments and reimbursements

- High volume of data entry related activities

- Utilising multiple systems at one time

- Management of incoming and outgoing medical documentation

- Management and resolution of general phone enquiries

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Good attention to detail and organisational skills

- Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills Ability to take direction and instructions and work as part of a team

- Knowledge of the relevant worker's compensation legislation and regulations

- Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm with a 95% accuracy rate

- Previous experience in worker's compensation insurance would be advantageous
