Day-to-Day Tasks
  • Collaborate with clients, partners, and suppliers to enhance and innovate services.
  • Nurture a culture of curiosity in workplace services, events, and experiences.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and their visitors.
  • Respond quickly to situations, ensuring consistent client satisfaction.
  • Own technology, data, and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
  • Review and recommend enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
  • Keep Work Instruction guides up-to-date and provide relevant training.
  • The role encompasses various services, including front-of-house meetings and events.
People Management
  • Develop a positive team culture that encourages open feedback.
  • Recognise and reward exceptional performance to foster an engaged team.
  • Delegate responsibilities to encourage team development and ownership.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including HR, learning, operational, and health and safety.
  • Assess employee performance and develop training plans.
  • Oversee recruitment and support the team throughout onboarding.
  • Maintain discipline and performance within the team.

This role requires periods of walking, standing, sitting, and/or manual handling.
