Proactive Services Team Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to join our Proactive Services Team as a Team Leader. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading a team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and trolley collection within our stores.
Your Key Responsibilities- Create and manage rosters to ensure effective task completion and team productivity
- Develop and implement cleaning and trolley collection strategies to improve overall store appearance and customer experience
- Coach and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in trolley collection, cleaning, and waste management
- Work closely with the Store Leadership team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance store operations
- Manage time and attendance activities, including tracking hours, managing absences, and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Order and manage consumables, such as cleaning supplies, within budget
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical fitness to perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid full Australian driver's license
