Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master's degree a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, consulting, project management, or similar field
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record implementing innovative ideas
  • Strategic thinking and planning, effective at breaking down complex problems
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to convey messages clearly using data
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, working knowledge with SQL
  • Fast learner, adaptable to new processes and technologies
  • Team player with a driven attitude and work ethic
