As a key player in our organisation, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales objectives to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

About the Role
  • Take ownership of managing customer relationships to support ongoing development, drive customer satisfaction, and achieve revenue and sales objectives.
  • Contribute to implementing strategic plans to support retention and growth of customer portfolios.
  • Manage inbound/outbound customer sales and service contracts, exploring sales opportunities, responding to queries, and escalating complaints to ensure timely remediation and positive customer experiences.

You will have strong interpersonal, engagement, and presentation skills to present to executives or develop these skills. You will also have strategic thinking with the ability to adapt to change and make an impact on our performance and team engagement and culture.

This is a permanent full-time position that requires collaboration with peers, team members, and key stakeholders across various channels. To be successful in the role, you will need to bring your skills and experience in communication, relationship building, and working in partnerships with key stakeholders.
