**The Role:**
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leveraging data insights to craft exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. You will lead the data product roadmap, transforming valuable customer information into effective solutions. Your primary goal will be to enhance decision-making through automation, making our processes more efficient and scalable.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Utilize customer and campaign management tools to achieve better business results.
- Identify how data tools can shape product strategies and solve key business challenges.
- Partner with stakeholders to find innovative ways to utilize data for process improvements and value creation.
- Drive change management & operationalisation of data outputs and capabilities to ensure effective adoption and maximise value.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in data and product management, ideally in financial services or another data-rich field.
- In-depth understanding of data pipelines, including ingestion, modeling, and analytics.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to drive value.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
