About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our client's specialist Family Law firm on the Sunshine Coast. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring the smooth running of the business and maintaining high standards in all areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee the administration of the firm, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources, including staff, finances, and facilities.
  • Financial Management: Manage financial reporting and trust accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the administrative team, driving cross-training, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative environment that promotes teamwork and productivity.
  • Staff Development: Conduct staff meetings and performance reviews to support the development and growth of the administrative team.
  • Client Relations: Handle account inquiries and manage debts, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining positive client relationships.

Requirements
