Business Support Officer

**As Business Support Officer, you will specifically**:
- Manage all recruitment and advertising processes for the Region by verifying that these are in accordance with departmental practices, actioning these within the required time frames and ensuring the requests fulfil requirements. This includes supporting selection panels with shortlisting, recruitment panels, selection reports and referee checks.
- Contribute to the development and maintaining role profiles, recruitment resource library, alternative recruitment processes through the provision of advice, support and guidance.
- Provide recruitment advice, information and support to regional director, managers and staff.
- Prepare accurate establishment and staffing data reports and provide suitable analysis to enhance clarity and usefulness.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key contacts within the region and other parts of the department.
- Contribute positively as a member of the Office of the Regional Director team within a culture of delivering high quality client service.
- Ensure proposed establishment variations within Regional Service Delivery Operations comply with establishment management principles and departmental policy prior to delegate approval and/or processing and ensure accurate records are maintained.
- Provide support to Senior Administration Officers and administration teams throughout the region when required.
