Marketing Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a Marketing Compliance Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor regulatory changes to ensure advertising and promotional content is compliant.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and controls testing.
  • Review SQL scripts for compliance.
  • Evaluate the compliance framework against State and Federal obligations.
  • Develop and roll out targeted compliance training to Marketing and Customer Engagement Teams.
  • Provide performance reporting on advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience in compliance, control advisory, assurance or audit, a willingness to learn about the marketing and advertising industry, and an ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
