Job Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Roof Tiling Trainer and Educator to join our team. As a key player in our organisation, you will contribute to the growth and success of our training programs by delivering Certificate III in Roof Tiling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, prepare, deliver, and assess vocational education and training programs for students.
  • Research, adapt, and develop innovative learning practices and delivery options that enhance the program's capacity to meet the learning needs of students.
  • Maintain high-quality learning and teaching materials, including learning resources, assessment tools, delivery and assessment plans, and student information.
  • Carry out workplace training and assessment for students in line with RTO policy and stated delivery method on a day-to-day basis.
  • Promote and market services to prospective clients in the trade industry.
  • Maintain a high level of technological knowledge of the trade industry.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Hold a CPC30820 - Certificate III in Roof Tiling (or equivalent).
  • Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Demonstrated industry work history.
  • Ability to plan and organise training, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Minimum 3 years technical experience as a Roof Tiler.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in delivering classroom-based training.
