Residential Property Manager OpportunityJob Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Property Manager, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential rental properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of residential tenancy legislation and property management systems, with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in residential property management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate arrival and departure details for staff tenants.
  • Manage maintenance requests, ensure legal compliance, and maintain relationships with tenants and local management teams.
  • Source suitable properties to support our strategic direction.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for management.
  • Liaise with overseas recruitment teams to coordinate staff tenant arrivals and departures.
  • Conduct lease signings and arrange move-in/move-out inspections.
  • Manage tenant communications and maintenance requests.

This part-time role (22.8 hours per week) is a 12-month fixed term contract.
