Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead asset management for a large portfolio.
  • Oversee minor capital works, refurbishment projects, and painting programs.
  • Ensure the safety and compliance of all property assets, monitoring policies, procedures, and guidelines to minimize risks.
  • Responsible for contractor management systems and overseeing the rollout of new asset management systems.
  • Develop and improve property policies and procedures, providing strategic input on the property portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in a similar position, preferably in residential and retirement aged care.
  • Able to analyze data and present viable commercial options.
  • Experience managing team members and providing high-level support.
  • Strong knowledge of health and/or aged care sectors, including funding protocols and legislative standards and compliance requirements.
