Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at HelloFresh Australia. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with wholesale customers to drive growth across the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and sales visits to discuss product placement and promotional opportunities
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Provide ongoing account management support and guidance to new and existing customers
  • Collaborate with the wholesale team and marketing department to devise strategic sales and marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of business development experience
  • 1+ FMCG sales experience
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and proven success in converting leads into client sales
  • Excellent personal presentation, articulate communication, and strong relationship management skills
