About the RoleWe are seeking experienced caregivers who share our passion for delivering high-quality care in a community setting. Key Responsibilities- Provide compassionate and respectful care to clients, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring open communication and trust.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve excellent outcomes, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance client care.
- Current Australian National Police check.
- Satisfactory first aid and CPR certificate.
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to participate in further education opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
