- Drive continuous improvement of processes to optimise performance via embedded operational excellence & technology enablers.
A highly organised, empathetic leader passionate about growing relationships with customers while balancing risk and delivering outcomes.
Previous experience as a banker with delegated lending authority will be advantageous in this dynamic environment.
