We require someone with a strong background in early childhood education, experience in leading growth and team development, and a proven track record of leadership and management.

  • AACECQA approved qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  • Experience in team building, conflict resolution, and implementing performance review processes
  • Understanding of NQF and NQS and commitment to best practice in early childhood education
