We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the operation of our licensed childcare centre. As Centre Manager, you will lead and support a team of experienced professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education to children ages 6 months to 5 years old.

Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and lesson plans that support physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development. You will also oversee the daily operation of the childcare centre, including staffing, budget management, and communication with parents and stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent leadership skills, a passion for early childhood education, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. We offer an attractive salary and access to an incentive program providing an annual bonus of up to 12.5% of annual base salary.
