Job Description:

A local infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead the successful delivery of a complex project in Sydney's coastal area.

The project involves constructing new infrastructure to redirect flows from Sydney's last three ocean outfalls to the Bondi Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF). The scope includes building a new pump station at Parsley Bay, laying 1.8 km of horizontal directional drilling (HDD) pipelines, and upgrading existing assets such as vent shafts and manholes.

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will work closely with our Project Manager to manage project and team performance, drive successful project outcomes, and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

You will be responsible for overseeing the project schedule, coordinating with stakeholders, and resolving any issues that may arise during the project execution.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience working on similar Infrastructure projects, ideally with experience working on Sydney Water projects
  • Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) experience is advantageous
