Job Title: Visual Merchandise Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandise Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a growing and supportive business that truly cares about its people.

This role involves developing and creating the visual merchandising direction and creative execution across retail stores and concessions. You will be responsible for setting the visual merchandising direction, developing window concepts, and producing all creative and promotional print material.

  1. Create visually appealing window displays that align with the marketing and product seasonal direction.
  2. Develop and produce all creative and promotional print materials, such as posters and flyers.
  3. Communicate the visual merchandising direction and window installations to the retail team through VM briefs and documentation.
  4. Lead visual merchandising direction for new store openings and provide training to new store teams.
  5. Elevate flagship stores and identify future visual enhancements.
  6. Conduct regular store visits to ensure directives are implemented and standards are achieved.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with external suppliers to bring window concepts together and source props. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating all VM direction to the wider VM and retail teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.

We are looking for someone who can provide continuous feedback to VM and retail teams to ensure store execution is of the highest standard. If you have a passion for visual merchandising and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role:

  • Reports to General Manager – Womenswear.
  • Part-time, 3 days per week.
  • Work in Support Office in Malvern.

About You:

  • Degree in a relevant field, such as design or marketing.
  • Experience in visual merchandising and design.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
