About the Role

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, assisting with project-based tasks and day-to-day operations. This role involves a range of duties, including office management, end-of-month accruals, credit card reconciliations, invoicing, and expense claims.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with travel and mobilisation, training, and compliance requirements
  • Support the logistics and project support team with ad-hoc administration duties
  • Manage IT for staff, including maintaining allocation registers and supplier and customer set up
  • Update registers and coordinate the transfer of documentation via various systems
  • Maintain Ventia Systems, including VisRes and payroll time sheeting

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role, with a strong team player attitude
  • Computer literacy, proficiency in Excel, and experience in SAP or Ariba
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with high attention to detail and sound time management skills
