About the Role

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Critical Infrastructure Telecommunications Team in Stapylton QLD. This is a full-time permanent position that offers a range of responsibilities and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide resource and project-based assistance to the team during the delivery of projects
  • Assist with travel and mobilisation, training and compliance requirements
  • Support the logistics and project support team in all ad-hoc administration duties
  • Manage office administration, including stationery, staff amenities, travel and accommodation, medical bookings, etc.
  • Perform end of month accruals, credit card reconciliations, invoicing and receipting, expense claims, and other administrative tasks
  • Assist with Service Desk / Help Desk requests and manage IT for staff, including maintaining allocation registers
  • Set up and manage suppliers and customers, and update registers and coordinate the transfer of documentation via various systems
  • Maintain Ventia Systems, including VisRes, and perform payroll tasks, including time sheeting
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role and strong team player skills
  • Initiative with a can-do attitude, computer literacy, and proficiency in Excel
  • Experience in SAP or Ariba is highly regarded
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with high attention to detail and sound time management skills
