Program Leader - Nursing

We are seeking a dedicated Program Leader to lead a high-performing team in delivering quality teaching, improving educational outcomes, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

In this role, you will foster innovation while maintaining compliance with educational program standards and establish key relationships with industry partners to meet employer needs.

You will be an accomplished educator with extensive experience in the TAFE or education sector, possessing:

  • Essential leadership expertise within the TAFE or education sector.
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher qualifications in adult education.
  • A Bachelor of Nursing (minimum) and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency (AHPRA).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver teaching programs that meet relevant quality standards.
  • A deep understanding of diverse backgrounds and emotional contexts.
  • A valid Victorian Working with Children Check and National Police Check clearance.
