Accounts Receivable Associate

The role of Accounts Receivable Associate is a critical component in the management of hotel finances.
You will be responsible for ensuring timely processing of all invoices and corresponding back-ups, including those for SPG, gift certificates, Fly buy account, and Marriott affiliated accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and post all invoices with corresponding back-ups in a timely manner.
- Edit, balance, and update accounts receivable ledger in Opera.
- Accurately process and allocate credit card payments using Opera vs bank statements and credit card merchant reports.
- Balance daily transfers to City Ledger, post, edit, and update to Opera.
- Post credit cards on a daily basis and reconcile.
Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in a similar role is highly regarded.
- Excellent attention to detail is essential.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to create positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders are required.
- Experience working in the hospitality industry is highly regarded.
- A good understanding of accounting concepts and principles is necessary.
