About the Role:

We seek a passionate Territory Manager to join our Field Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with key customers and driving sales to achieve display and sales targets within their assigned territory.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Builds and maintains relationships with Key Customers to maximise sales opportunities each session.
  • Meet Key customer contacts to Upsell major activities and negotiate additional display activity.

In-Store Execution

  • Ensure Quality, Freshness and Standards of in-store execution are met according to the Field Action Standards set under the My Perfect Store Guidelines.
  • Develop plan to achieve all display and Execution Quality targets as outlined in the Activity Execution Guide.
  • Ensure the Availability of all POS Material for activations in-store, including the ordering of all POS to Local Sheds in a timely manner.
