Supporting global sales enablement, you will develop sales tools, manage campaigns and execute strategic programs through pharmacy and retail channels.You will work closely with internal cross-functional teams supporting projects and programs with wholesalers, banner groups and within emerging distribution channels to execute high-impact campaigns, in-store activations, and promotions; capture analytics and provide actionable insight recommendations for program improvements.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIESTrade & Wholesaler MarketingCoordinate monthly deals, banners, EDMs, and campaign calendarsUtilizing existing branded assets, create sell sheets, FAQs, training materials, and product launch content in support of specific program activationsSupport sales teams with compelling tools to drive in-store executionRetail & Campaign ManagementDeliver seasonal and yearly campaigns with strong messaging and visual assetsManage consumer facing marketing materials : POS, website banners, catalogues, and social contentAlign promotions with marketing plans across bannersBrand Partnerships & Above-the-LineSupport ATL activities as directed : shopping centres, radio, billboards, digitalIn collaboration with Global Marketing, align and organise events and sponsorships including conferences and TV campaignsCoordinate brand ambassadors, charities, and strategic partnersUtilizing sales inputs, market data and competitive analysis, develop customer-facing presentations; create internal reporting and presentations as requiredIn-Store Execution & TrainingPartnering with Sales team, coordinate roll out of planograms, POS, shelf callouts, FSDUs, counter units, and pricing stripsPartnering with Brand Manager, develop on-brand customer facing brochures, FAQ sheets, and training videos for store staffKEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE4+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in FMCG or pharmacy channelsExperience working within a regulated product environmentDemonstrated experience developing marketing programs with channels or partnersForward-thinking, recognizes opportunities and implements improvements whenever possibleAbility to travel and attend key meetings as required (ex. Customer meeting or Trade Event)Excellent communication skills written and verbal, ability to create content as needed from presentations and sales materials to driving on-brand consumer messagingThis position is office based, and this individual will be expected to work in officeAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDesired but not RequiredBA / BS Sales or MarketingExperience with medical device productsExperience working with global team membersPrevious experience with task management software platforms and syndicated dataPrevious experience partnering with external stakeholders on activationsPERSON SPECIFICATIONTechnical ExpertiseA minimum of 4 years post qualified experience in marketing, preferably within a start-up or scale up environment.Special AptitudesProficient in the use of the MS Office suiteExperience within a fast-paced and high energy environmentAn aptitude for executing business improvement initiativesExperience troubleshooting problems and providing recommendations on overcoming challengesAbility to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaroundAble to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential informationExcellent judgment is essential.Ability to switch gears at a moment's noticeHigh-impact communication skills with the ability to influenceAbility to nurture collaborative relationsRelentless focus on stakeholder needs and service excellenceAbility to work under pressure with a positive "can do" attitudeSuperb time management, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsThe above are the primary experiences, skills and competencies that the job holder will be required to demonstrate and to cultivate over time.
