Youth Justice Program Coordinator

This role offers a challenging opportunity to lead a team in delivering youth justice programs that support young people aged 10-17 who display offending behaviors.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to make sound clinical and operational decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Manage a team of Mentors and Practitioners to deliver best-practice client-focused services.
- Oversee referrals from Youth Justice and allocate to appropriate staff.
- Provide guidance in implementing support plans and matching mentors based on young people's needs.
Key qualifications include a degree in Social Work, Human Services, Behavioural Science, Psychology, or similar, as well as current Blue Card, National Police Check, and Queensland Driver Licence.
Flexible work arrangements, including on-call support, are required. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference and committed to building a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
