We are seeking an experienced Project Estimator to join our team in delivering high-end custom market projects.

This role involves working closely with architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are accurately costed and prepared for delivery.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a Production Estimator in residential construction and be able to demonstrate their technical expertise and clear communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review architectural plans and site conditions, preparing accurate Bills of Quantities and take-offs
  • Estimate labour and material costs for tenders, planning, and scheduling
  • Prepare specifications, contracts, purchase orders, and work orders
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers, confirming scope and pricing
  • Maintain and update pricing within estimating software
  • Research new products and materials to improve project outcomes

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Production Estimator in residential construction
  • Background in extensions/renovations or custom builds is highly regarded
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and pricing
  • IT savvy, with proficiency in estimating software
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing deadlines
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • A collaborative approach - confident in your work, but team-focused
