Lead Product Designer Role

Rapid iteration on designs is crucial in this role, as you work alongside engineers to support evolving requirements from problem-identification through to product release.

About This Opportunity
  • 3-5+ years of experience in product design
  • Proven track record of leading design on complex initiatives
  • Strong collaborator with experience pairing closely with PMs, engineers, content designers, and stakeholders
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and bringing clarity to fuzzy problems
  • Adaptable and pragmatic
  • Ability to deliver quality solutions within existing constraints
  • Strong understanding of design processes
