Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing civil construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with experience in project management, planning, and execution. They will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage project teams effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage civil construction projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Oversee project teams, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
  • Monitor and control project costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar field
  • 5-15 years' experience in civil project management, with a strong background in construction and engineering
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage project teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
