Key Responsibilities
  • Tendering for new business opportunities
  • Coordinating internal and external resources to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Preparing and submitting tenders to secure new contracts

Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least 5-10 years' experience in managing civil construction projects with values between $5m and $20m+
  • A proven understanding of construction processes and a hands-on approach
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • High commercial acumen
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
