Job Title: Senior Structural Engineer

About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced engineer to lead on complex projects, develop project requirements in collaboration with clients and manage teams of engineers and draftspersons to deliver projects on time.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent engineering analysis skills, including experience with RAPT, RAM Concept, Bentley suite, SpaceGASS, Strand, Excel, Word and Outlook.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop project requirements in collaboration with clients.
  2. Lead teams of engineers and draftspersons to deliver projects on time and budget.
  3. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of relevant design codes and first principles underpinning the work we do.
  4. Provide exceptional engineering analysis skills, including experience with RAPT, RAM Concept, Bentley suite, SpaceGASS, Strand, Excel, Word and Outlook.
  5. Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Chartered Member of Engineers Australia.
  • 8 years post-graduate experience in the Australian market as a guide.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant design codes and first principles underpinning the work we do.
  • Excellent engineering analysis skills.
  • Experience with post-tensioned concrete design.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project management skills.
