Junior Solution Designer Position

We are looking for a Junior Solution Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design community, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our solutions and services.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with architects and cross-functional teams to influence the design and outcomes of innovative and strategic solutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting data analysis to support design decisions, applying best practice design principles (UX/UI, Data Architecture, Technology Architecture), and owning the design process to ensure solutions meet business needs.

You will need:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business or Technology Business Analyst.
  • A learning mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Motivated to take on new projects, drive outcomes, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholder management experience.
  • Ability to understand complexity and present key elements clearly.
  • Experience in data analysis, strong Excel skills, and exposure to SQL.
  • Familiarity with delivery methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Agile.
