Job Opportunity: Associate Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, install and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, wireless access points, firewalls and VPNs.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN performance, internet connectivity and system uptime across multiple sites.
  • Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
  • Perform routine system maintenance, including backups, updates, patching, hardware diagnostics and server health checks.
  • Provide responsive technical support to internal staff for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and office equipment.
  • Administer user accounts, system access, Microsoft 365/email accounts and endpoint security tools.
  • Support ERP and CRM applications by resolving user issues, coordinating with development teams and assisting with testing, updates and data entry validations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years' experience in IT support, networking or systems administration roles.
  • Practical experience with business applications such as ERP, CRM or custom enterprise tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across software, hardware and infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems and documentation best practices.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Network+/Security+ are highly regarded.
