To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives. A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is also highly desirable, as is previous experience working as a caregiver or in a similar role. You will also need to have solid clinical documentation and computer skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
