  • Our team is seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Hotel Duty Manager.

The successful candidate will lead the Front Office team, ensuring a seamless and exceptional service experience for our guests.

In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your leadership and management skills, work with a talented team, and contribute to the success of our hotel brand.

As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for overseeing Rooms Division operations, collaborating with internal departments, and upholding OH&S standards.

  • Deliver memorable guest experiences through genuine care and service
  • Anticipate guest needs, resolve escalated issues promptly, and ensure service excellence
  • Operate confidently and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Identify operational challenges and provide coaching and mentorship to team members

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in hotel front office operations, ideally in a leadership role
  • Strong skills in team development, coaching, and conflict resolution
  • Familiarity with Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA)
  • High attention to detail and strong operational oversight
  • A proactive approach to mentoring and supporting team performance
