Health Leadership Opportunity

About the Role
The Health Team Leader will oversee and coordinate health and wellbeing initiatives across multiple communities, driving positive outcomes for individuals and families. This role requires a strong understanding of health promotion and experience working with First Nations communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health plans with community leaders to address population health needs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver integrated early years learning programs.
  • Support the integration of health and wellbeing into Children's Ground Early Childhood Curriculum.

Requirements:
• Relevant degree or significant work experience in health promotion• Experience managing people and teams• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Current Driver's License
