With Local Health District partners, we provide coordinated, holistic care that supports not just individuals but their families and futures.**About the opportunity**As a **Mental Health** **Recovery worker,** you will support young people in key areas such as social skills, leadership, decision-making and resilience.In this rewarding role you'll walk alongside young people on their recovery journey.* Co-design recovery plans that focus on self-determination, resilience and meaningful goals* Support the development of life skills, community connections and emotional wellbeing* Work collaboratively with families and clinicians to ensure safe, trauma-informed care* Use tools like the Wellify app to track progress and celebrate wins* Guide participants in areas such as social skills, leadership and building natural supports for long-term successThis is more than a job it's a chance to empower young people to rediscover who they are and who they want to be.We're looking for people who are **committed to building lasting relationships and making a genuine long-term impact**.
