We are seeking a highly skilled retail leader to join our team in Melbourne. As one of the leading sports brands globally, we have been built on a vision that our passion for sport makes the world a better place.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
  • Representing the brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
  • Executing and maintaining established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
  • Training and coaching team members to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
  • Ensuring seamless stock-to-floor processes and coordinating team members to drive overall store performance.

Experience in team leadership, visual merchandising, and stockroom procedures is highly regarded.
