About the Role

The M80 Ring Road Alliance, comprising MACA, Acciona, and AECOM, has been selected to design and construct the M80 Ring Road Completion Project. We are seeking a Traffic Administrator to provide administrative and logistical support for the traffic team and the wider project construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and review traffic management bookings within the project's Traffic Management System (Toofa)
  • Track and manage project Memorandum of Authorisation permits (MoA) within the Toofa system and ensure MoA renewals are requested in a timely manner
  • Liaise with Traffic Team members to identify and manage traffic booking clashes
  • Liaise with Traffic Supervisors to rationalise traffic management crews on bookings
  • Attend meetings with Traffic Communications team to align traffic bookings, prepare meeting minutes and reports
  • File post-implementation shift reports from traffic control suppliers
  • Reconcile traffic management dockets
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience working in an administrative position
  • Ability to cope with competing demands and a fast-paced environment
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability and self-confidence to liaise effectively with all levels of management and internal and external staff
  • Experience in the construction industry highly regarded
