Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our fleet of prime movers, earth moving equipment and trailers.

  • Lead and supervise a designated crew to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of servicing, maintenance and repairs on our fleet.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers and plant operators to resolve any issues.
  • Source and order parts using established suppliers.
  • Maintain company vehicles and mechanical aids to high standards.
  • Implement and maintain schedules, operating manuals and procedures.
  • Identify and record deficiencies in products and services to improve quality.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Possession of Mechanical Trade Certification is essential.
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a Leading Hand role.
  • Experience working in Heavy Road Transport & Machinery is essential.
  • Experience within the Mining Industry is desirable.
  • Able to provide a National Police Clearance.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and good problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work safely in a regulated environment.
